This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Marsolilel offers refunds or exchanges for products purchased on our online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this policy.
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase, if 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Refunds
our item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@marsoliel.om or send to WhatsApp [+968-96177734] and send your item to Marsoliel store, Alarimi Boulevard, Al-Seeb

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
